  • Verve Label Group earned an Academy Award (Oscar), a Golden Globe, 15 Grammy Awards (24 nominations) and multiple Billboard-charting recordings, including Billboard #1 (Top 200 and Artists 100), during my 2-year tenure as label exec at UMG.

  • Directed creative development, audio and video production, business development strategy, and P&L management for artists and projects signed to UMG (Verve Label Group, Universal Classics, Decca Gold, Decca, Interscope, Republic, Capitol).

  • Provided strategic direction for Division President (U.S.), to facilitate initiatives and daily operations, and represented President as keynote speaker and moderator at global conferences.

  • Established supplier diversity program that produced 52% expansion of intersectionally diverse artists and vendors.

  • Spearheaded launch of new division for Verve Label Group, Paragon Records, increasing Universal Classics Spotify monthly listeners by 65% and monthly followers by 40%, and increasing social media engagement by 33%.

  • Negotiated production and licensing agreements, union signatory contracts, and creative and marketing partnerships with artists, filmmakers, and production companies in North and South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia, resulting in 70% reduction in budget reforecasts over an 18-month period.

  • Managed internal and external (agency) teams of 20+ members.

  • Executive produced full-length videos and recordings in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
